This wedding is the second family wedding in 2012 after my Brother got married in May (see their wedding here). This time my cousin Thomas got married and booked me to cover his wedding.

Alina & Thomas had been together for a long time already and had a 2 year old son together when they decided to take the next step and get married. The wedding was in Recklinghausen in the Ruhr region and another good opportunity to visit my home town.

Alina and their son Rasmus got ready at Alina’s parents’ house and for the ceremony they picked the St. Antonius Church. Before we arrived at the reception we took just a few quick photos at the nearby Strünkede Castle (Schloss Strünkede). I will leave you with the photos to see for yourself how the day went on.
