This has been my first Wedding at the Hacienda Recoveco en Pachacamac, Lima. The Hacienda Recoveco features a large beautiful patio with arches and horse stables that usually is used to set up an outdoor ceremony. From there you pass through a big old gate into a big garden that you can use either for cocktail hour or for the entire reception. And from there you pass to an even bigger garden where even the biggest reception has more than enough space.

The Bride and Groom, Cecilia and Martin, started their day very relaxed in Miraflores. Ceci got ready at the Belmond Park Hotel to the music of the Rolling Stones. Martin got dressed in their nearby apartment. Therefore I could visit both myself to photograph them getting ready. The ceremony at the Hacienda started just around sunset. The setting was beautiful and the personal vows and the short speeches of some close friends and family made it a very emotional wedding with lots of tears and laughter. While the guests entered the cocktail area I went with bride and groom the other way for some portrait. The reception was set up in the garden mentioned above.
