This is the second blogpost in this Best-of-series after the Engagement photos. Below is a compilation of my favorite wedding details or to be more accurate my favorite photos of wedding details.

Most of the time when photographing a wedding I am completely focussed on what is happening around me. I don’t want to miss moments (blogpost coming soon). But if time and circumstances allow for it I always try to take a few beautiful photos of the important details of the wedding day like the wedding rings, wedding dress, bouquet, shoes etc. Sometimes there is even time left to become a bit more creative. And then there are little details I find during the day that call my attention and which I just photograph as I find them. Sometimes they are not wedding details per se but some personal details or really anything that may have a meaning to the couple like the shot of the dog bearing the wedding rings around his neck. Or something more symbolic of what is going on like the glass of spilling gin tonic.
